Yummy :P~

I was cracking my head over where to eat last night when I stumbled upon a food webby that intro local foodfare. This restaurant at Ginza Plaza serves yummy fresh sashimi, fish lovers will definitely die for it :) The restaurant's highlight is raw fish and they even have a fresh fish market right beside the restaurant.
The best was my sashimi mori matsu platter ($43), a very satisfying selection of raw fish such as ohtoro (tuna belly), tai (seabream) and hamachi (yellowtail), as well as clam, prawn and squid. The fish was fresh and sliced thickly enough for you to savour the flavour.
Most of it came as four slices, except for the ohtoro, which only had two pieces. It was also the best, with the fragrant oil of the fatty slice of fish engulfing your palate as you chew on it.
I found that they are a bit weak in its deep-fried fare, like the agedashi tofu but the gyoza (pan-fried dumpling) is quite nice though. Loved the potato salad and the Oden soup (tapoica, egg, some un-recognisable ingredients but yummy). Of course, we din missed out the salmon sashimi, the thick slices praactically melted in the mouth...heavenly man....The price is quite reasonable for the freshness of the dishes as compared to the fancier and pricier counterparts downtown...I spent about 100bucks for the whole meal. Totally worth the price!
