Lazy and boring day....

Woke up this morning feeling slightly refreshed, haven't had a restful sleep for quite a while. Well it turned out to be just a normal saturday. Abit moody as the hours slipped by. Got a message from an unexpected fren, asking for my photo for his blog. In the past I wld have given straightaway but now, I was rather apprehensive. Not that this person will write anything nasty but it just feels weird now and especially that it's about me. Anyway, I dun hv any best pic to pass on now so I rejected the request.

Not feeling any better as the time passed. Another fren called up to have a chat and started singing a song. Oh my god! I wld have never remembered this song in the next 100 years till he sang it. It was an old campfire song about a little frog, immediately it brought back numerous memories of the good old days in the secondary school, whereby we always have our annual campfire nite on the last day of the annual camp.

All of us wld sit/stand in a big circle around the big camp fire painstakingly setup by the senior boys. I still remembered there was a year when they actually rolled down a ball of fire from the 2nd level right into the heart of the pile of wood. Everyone wowed and exclaimed when it burst into a great ball of flames. We wld sing all the campfire songs and started dancing along, moving around in a big circle. There were group dances and the most popular dances were those that you get to dance with the opposite sex ;) these were the time whereby one can get as close and initmate with the prince/princess charmings of their dreams hahaha.

I never had the chance as my prince charming did not belong to the same uniform group as me :( Nevertheless, I never failed to have a great time every time. Sigh...really missed those days...

Back to reality, this fren of mine never failed to make me laugh at some of the most boring and even the worst days of my life. I went into a laughing fit while he kept singing. Thank you my dear friend.
